Position Purpose:
Translarity is in an aggressive growth phase and is seeking this role to ensure delivery of state-of-the-art wafer test solutions to the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers and their suppliers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Set and communicate daily work prioritization
- Define, track, and report work performance metrics
- Ensure Engineering defined projects are understood, communicated, and accomplished per schedule
- Excursion management
- Represent production operations in MRB/Production meetings
- Work with Quality Management to set training schedule/topics
- Identify process improvement opportunities and execute strategy to implement improvements
- Develop understanding of cleanroom operations and then become an SME in all cleanroom operations
- Operationalize/train cleanroom personnel: kitting, packaging, shipping, inventory audits
- Co-lead final quality review meeting for each customer shipment to ensure high quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Partner with Facility Lead to install new production equipment
- Learn and use MES system (Fusion)
- Document and publish new production work instructions as required
- Continuously improve all aspects of these duties
- Personnel time management responsibilities (Timecards/approving vacation requests, etc.)
- Foster and promote a collaborative team environment within Hutto operations/engineering
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a production supervisor
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Education and Experience
- Semiconductor industry experience a plus
- High School Degree
